THE FLORAL CERAMICS PATTERN DESIGN
INSPIRED BY THE CERAMICS POTTERY IN PALESTINE
The Floral Ceramics has become a historic form of Art and part of the Palestinian culture. Mostly known as the "Hebron Ceramics", from the famous factory in Hebron, Palestine. It's very popular and you'd see it in almost every Palestinian home and Palestinian shops. The design is originally Armenian and was brought to Palestine by the Migration of Armenians. The two cultures blended in together through this piece of Art of the Floral Pattern painted on ceramic pottery. It became symbolic of the hospitality of the Palestinians, welcoming the Armenians within the Palestinian culture and embracing their art as part of our culture!

Levantinian is focused on giving people a feeling of HOME, a taste of Palestine and The Middle East with a modern day twist that will be fun to wear daily!
The owner of Levantinian; Dena, was born in Jerusalem, raised inside the west bank apartheid, and moved to the U.S in 2015. She started this business to do work that she loves that allows her to express her creativity, heritage, and to give others a sense of home and a taste of Palestine.
